We are confident that you will be happy with your purchase, and do not offer returns or refunds in the event that you change your mind about your kit. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Tagsy kit, please let us know by contacting us through our website. Please include the details of why you are not satisfied and how we could improve your experience.

Shoes need to be tried on before any customisation is to be made, we will not exchange or refund for any shoes that are incorrectly sized after they have been customised in anyway.

Exchange Policy

We are able to offer exchanges within 30 days of your purchase, in the event that the incorrect shoe size is ordered. We do not offer returns or refunds if the wrong shoe size is ordered. In the event of exchanging for a new size, you will be responsible for any associated shipping costs.

Faulty and Defective Items

We take extreme care to ensure that we are providing you with a high-quality product, and our kits come with guarantees that are mandatory under the Australian Consumer Law. In the unlikely event that you receive a kit that fails to be of acceptable quality, you are entitled to have the kit replaced or in some cases refunded. You need to provide proof that the kit was damaged or faulty before you received it. Depending on the circumstances, the associated shipping costs may be covered by us.
